The Champion's Amulet was shown at Angel episode 4.22 Home, and then at BtVs episode 722 Chosen. It brought Buffy and Angel together again, it also gave us some really fun and emotionally moments...

Description: Lilah, an emploee of Wolfram & Hart offers the Amulet and some files about The First to Angel, and says that Buffy will need the Amulet at the final battle in Sunnydale.
Angel accepts the Amulet and takes it to Sunnydale, where he meets Buffy. He offers to use the Amulet, since it has to be weared by a Champion, she declines, says she needs him to be the second unit, if she fails at the battle with the First.
Buffy then delivers the Amulet to Spike, who weares at the Finnal battle.
